Is it really free right now?
Yes. While Narbad is in early access, the Starter plan is free and generous enough to run real hiring. Paid plans exist so you know what to expect when we come out of early access — nobody is moved to a paid plan without clear notice.
Do I pay per app?
No. One subscription covers the suite. As new apps like HR and Finance launch, they are included in your plan rather than sold as separate products with separate bills.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to your workspace: recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers. Candidates applying through your careers site are always free and unlimited.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Your candidates, jobs, and records are yours, and you can export them at any time. Tenant data lives in its own isolated database, which makes clean exports straightforward.
