Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Narbad’s websites and applications, including Narbad Recruit (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the organization you represent.

Accounts and organizations

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An organization workspace is administered by its owners and admins, who control membership, roles, and permissions. If you join an organization’s workspace, its admins can manage your access to it.
• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your content

You and your organization retain all rights to the content you submit to the Services, including job postings, candidate data, documents, and records (“Customer Content”). You grant Narbad a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Services.

You are responsible for Customer Content, including having a lawful basis to process the personal data it contains (for example, data about candidates and employees) and for complying with applicable employment and data-protection laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory.
• Probe, breach, or circumvent security or authentication measures.
• Access another tenant’s data or attempt to do so.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services, including by overloading or disrupting them.
• Resell or provide the Services to third parties except as agreed with us.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.

AI-assisted features

The Services include AI-assisted features such as CV parsing, candidate ratings, transcription, and interview summaries. These outputs are assistive and may contain errors. You agree that:

• Decisions about people, including hiring decisions, remain your responsibility and must be made by your human users.
• You will comply with laws that apply to the use of automated tools in your jurisdiction, including employment and AI-specific regulations.

Plans, fees, and early access

• During early access, parts of the Services are offered free of charge. We will give clear advance notice before any workspace is required to move to a paid plan.
• Paid plans are billed per user as described on our pricing page. Taxes may apply.
• Features marked “coming soon” are not commitments to deliver by any date, and roadmaps may change.

Term and termination

• You may stop using the Services and delete your workspace at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, security risks, or unlawful use, with notice where practicable.
• Upon workspace deletion, Customer Content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after a short recovery window. You can export your data before deletion.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Narbad and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Services.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Early-access services in particular may change, break, or be discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narbad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Narbad harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including employment and data-protection law.

Changes to the Services and these Terms

We continuously improve the Services and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be announced through the Services or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

General

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, are the entire agreement between you and Narbad regarding the Services.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
